What a 'payne' that the Phoenix semi final game had to be marred with the hand-ball incident. Whilst there was no disputing that it was accidental, that doesn't make it right and the player should have owned up - shouldn't he ? Would you have ?
The 1Day PreSeason Mens Football Tournament was held last Saturday and was a success, as was the 1st day of the 3Day Tournament held on the Sunday. The next 2 playing days for th3 3Day Tourny are Sunday 21 and Sunday 28 March. Games start at 1pm at Skoglund Park. A Refreshment Chiller Caravan is on site for game days selling pies, snack bars, cold drinks including water & powerade, plus fresh filled rolls and bananas. |

So that YOUR Team Entry into the Winter League can be confirmed, YOU MUST complete a 2010 Membership Application by Sunday 21 March 2010 as well as make a minimum payment of the Club Fee.
This applies to both new and returning players. Don't let your team down by forgetting or by being too late ! |
