Hi Club Members As you may be aware the World Masters Games are being held in Sydney 10-18 October 2009 and RED SOX will be there ! As advised at the meeting held earlier this year, pencil bookings have aleady been made for accommodation, and preliminary team registrations have been made for football and netball. There will be a meeting at the Clubrooms this Saturday 6 September 2008 at 6:30pm to get the ball properly rolling. On the agenda will be: the appointment of a Red Sox World Masters Tour Organising Committee (4-6 people requuired) Accom & Travel (International & when at Tourney) Food & Entertainment (when at Tourney) Fund Raising Communications the appointment of Tour Captains for Football and Netball confirmation of which sports & grades to be entered the determination of a non refundable Tour Joining Fee $50 if paid by 30 Sep 2008 $100 if paid after 30 Sep 2008 establishment of a Team Register and Monthly Newsletter If you wish to Join the Red Sox World Masters Team and are not able to attend this meeting please download and complete the Registration Form: Red Sox World Master Games Regn Form.PDF(183.03 KB)
