	RED SOX ANNUAL PRIZEGIVING SATURDAY 20 SEPTEMBER - $25 Tickets will be available at the Clubrooms this Saturday for Club members and Team managers.  This years event will also have a THEME - Come as a CELEBRITY So start exploring the costume options and polish up your Dancing Shoes. PRIZES FOR THE BEST IMPERSONATIONS The LIVE Band is DOJO, comprising ex members of Twisted ! The Courtesy Van will be available for booking from 12 noon on the Saturday. The Clubrooms will open from 5:30pm with Happy Hour to 7:00pm. The formal Prizegiving will commence at 7:30pm sharp and the Band will play from approx 8:00pm to 1:00am Supper will be served approx 9:30pm
	TROPHIES If you haven't already done so, it would be appreciated if the 2007 winners could return their Trophies to the Clubrooms this Saturday Thank You - Thank You very much !
	NOMINATIONS FOR CLUB AWARDS Nominations for the following Club Awards, which will be presented at the Prozegiving, are hereby requested and can be made by email to:   2008awards@redsox.co.nz Club Person of the Year The most prestigous award recognising outstanding service to the Club Club Personality of the Year Awarded to a Club member whose individuality and character is enjoyed by those they come into contact with.  The award seeks to recognise an individual with a genuine enthusiasm, passion and the X factor  Robyn Chamberlain Memorial Trophy Recognises an individual within the Club who has faced adversity either in their personal life or through their sporting season and has met it with courage and determination Club Supporter of the Year Award acknowledges an individual who not only supports our sporting teams but also supports the many club activities that are held throughout the year Club Volunteer of the Year Award acknowledges an individual who has significantly contributed to the welfare of the Club through their services Wally Morgan Trophy Awarded to the Team that has made a significant contribution to the Club
