Netball is back on again this Saturday after last Saturdays break for the Junior Rep Tournament. Feature game is our top of the Premier 2 table RED SOX A1's vs CIC Kealls on Court 4 at 12:30pm
Mens Soccer sees the 1st round of the Charity Cup for the Combined League teams. Feature game is the decider for the Mid Central One Championship with the Red Sox Manawatu Rose & Crown A's vs Valeron Wanderers on Skoglund at 3:00pm
Congratulations to Steve Fryer and Rex Blumenthal on their win in the Red Sox Darts Pairs Championships last Saturday night. The Singles Championships are being held on Saturday 8 September at your Clubrooms. |

RULES |
For the Easter Cup, Charity Cup & Bill Dyer Memorial Trophy Knockout Soccer Competitions, a winner is required for all games - there are no draws.
So, if the scores are tied after 90 minutes then there is a 5 minute break, Toss of the coin for which way, play 15 minutes each way with no half time - turn straight around, but a quick water break is ok. If the scores are still tied after extra time then the game moves into 'penalties' - best of 5 then sudden death. |

From time to time in your Club newsletter we will publish a picture of Club Players and Supporters. If that person is in attendance at the Clubrooms the following Saturday for the weekly Club Prizegiving with their team AND they can answer a 'recent event' sports trivia question they will qualify for a prize using the "Irish Raffle System". NAPIER U19 YOUTH FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP
As part of your Club Youth Development Policy a team has been entered into the 2007 U19 Youth Championships. This is an annual event which is held in Napier each Labour Weekend (3rd weekend in October).
