Red Sox Stewarts Powerbase 3Day Tournament 2010 Goal Handicaps v2.PDF(36.45 KB)
| PURPOSE |
| The purpose of the tournament is to provide an opportunity for teams to get their squads ready for the 2010 winter season |
| ENTRY |
Entry is open to mens club football teams from any league.
Teams will be handicapped, based on goals, using their 2009 and 2010 leagues
Cost of Entry is $180 per team |
| RULES |
|
1) usual rules of football will apply unless otherwise stated
2) 3-4 games will be played by each team on each playing day
3) games will be round-robin of approx 13 mins each way with 4 mins for half-time and 10 mins between games
4) semi-final and final game times will be 15 mins each way
5) Skoglund Park pavillion will be open from 1 hour before 1st kick-off
6) games will be played with rolling subs (max 7 subs)
7) higher league teams will be goal-handicapped
8) each team to supply a ref for one of the halves in the round-robin games
9) referees will be provided for finals on the 3rd playing day
10) Yellow Card = 5 mins Sin Bin
11) 3 Yellows during Tournament = Red Card
12) Red Card = Stand Down for next 2 games
13) Extra time for SF & F = 5 mins ea way then penalties
14) Players in SF & F must have played at least 6 round robin games for the same team |

1) player of the day award for each team for each game
2) skills competition on 3rd playing day before final
3) golden boot awards for highest goal scorer and team
4) golden glove award for fewest goals - keeper and team
5) best & fairest team award
6) player of tournament award
7) referee of tournament award
8) awards will be presented at Red Sox Clubrooms at end of each playing day
9) Trophys to be contested will be - CUP, PLATE, BOWL & SPOON
