The inaugural Fathers Day Charity Soccer 'Blood Match' was held for both Juniors and Seniors and what a great family fun day it was for all involved. After looking bleak early in the morning, the weather was perfect as were the ground conditions. Thanks to all who attended for the support of the NZ Blood Service - the day was to raise awareness of their ongoing need for donors, especially at this time of year when winter illness prevents many regular donors from donating.
