MENS FOOTBALL Red Sox is planning on fielding 2 teams:  35+ and 45+
	The 3 playing venues are conveniently located relatively near each other in the North West suburbs of Sydney, just North of Parramatta and approx 30km from the Sydney CBD. Click on the name of each venue for a link to Google Maps and you can zoom in/out to confirm the location. Men and Women 30+, 35+ Valentine Sports Park, Glenwood Men and Women 40+, 45+ Bernie Mullane Sports Complex, Kellyville Men and Women 50+ Fred Caterson Reserve, Castle Hill
ACCOMMODATION Other than the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, which are being held in the Olympic Stadium, the Games Social Events are planned to be held in Hubs associated with most of the major sports venues. As such we are investigating options in the CBD and North Parramatta areas. Apartment type accommodation is being sought - 1 bdrm and 2 bdrm etc - so that team members can share and minimise costs.
TRAVEL IN SYDNEY Travel to/from the grounds and functions venues can be achieved with a combination of the free bus/train tickets all games registrants receive and min-vans we will need to arrange
TRAVEL NZ TO/FROM SYDNEY Currently we are planning to depart NZ on Wednesday 9 October and to depart for NZ on Sunday 18 October. If possible we will arrange to depart from and arrive in, Palmerston North
